Healing Mass

Saturday, April 6th @12 Noon we will celebrate a healing Mass with the anointing of the sick.

After Mass the Blessed Sacrament will be removed from the Church and a buffet lunch will be served to all.

Can you help? 1. If you know someone who would like to come invite them. Let Fr Rob know if they need transport.
2. If you can volunteer to drive or escort people on the day and take them home again afterwards. Please let Fr Rob know.
3. The parish will provide the buffet, but if you can help to serve, make tea or coffee etc. Please let Fr Rob know.
4. If you can think of any other way to help let Fr Rob know.

We will feed people in the Church after removing the Blessed Sacrament is to avoid too much moving of people about as this can be both awkward and distressing for those who are ill.

Everyone will be welcome.

Archbishop Patrick Kelly will celebrate Mass in the Cathedral on Thursday 28th March at 12.10 pm. to pray for peace in the Holy Land and to show our support for our Christian brothers and sisters.

All welcome to join.

The 2020 Year of the Word Survey

A message from The Catholic Bishop's Conference:
As part of the preparations for The Year of the Word, we're conducting a short survey about how we see and use the Bible. We'd like as many Catholics as possible to do this survey so that we get a snapshot of our current relationship with the Scriptures.

This will provide very useful information both for how we direct the Initiative and the momentum beyond 2020.
The survey is available here: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/L DJBN5Y.
